The Night Before The Rain
Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend! Its been raining all day today and I just can't stand the rain anymore--this rain started from the early morning up until now--such a day!
I wasn't able to post these pictures earlier--my fault! :) I went to this Southern Brazilian steakhouse called Fogo de Chao for a friend's birthday dinner last night--pretty nice, lots of assorted meats, great salad, and fruit bar.
The one unique thing about this restaurant is that you get this round card that has a green and red side--you are suppose to put the green part up which signifies that you want the next item that they are serving or the red, which mean that your not interested in the current dish. It was fun. We ate and chatted away.
So far, this is how my weekend is going apart from the rainy day today, I am having a good time and looking forward to tomorrow because my church is moving to the new building tomorrow!!!!
Hope your weekend is going well!!! Be safe!
:)

Fall Mixes
Fall with color
Casual chic
Summer to fall
It's getting cold here, so I decided to play around with polyvore and create some things I feel like wearing since the weather is so bipolar i.e. really cold today, blazing hot the next minute.
I am pretty tired today--the changing weather is getting to me a little bit, so I need to go and get some rest!
Enjoy!

Dave & Busters
Hello everyone! Hope you had a great weekend. It was a busy week for me but I still had the time to catch up on some fun time. On Saturday was my friend's "Polo" birthday celebration meaning that we all had to wear any type of polo shirt. We all decided to go bowling at Dave & Busters. We ended up not bowling because we couldn't wait 2 hours for a free lane; but that didn't stop us from celebrating. We went ahead and ordered some food--so much food to eat from because we were all basically eating out of each others dishes--precisely 15 dishes! :) After eating, we indulged in different types of video games before deciding to head home. The fun didn't stop there because we took the fun out to the parking lot. Since many of us couldn't remember where we parked and walking for minutes in cold 1:00am lot. Out of the blue, someone brought up the idea to race against each other. Suddenly, we found ourselves being watched by an audience, racing against each other in an almost empty parking lot and joined by this security guy--some fun competition! :-D That was enough warm up exercise running in the lot. ;-)
OK!, enough of my story, did anyone do any fun activities this weekend? :)
(You can barely tell am wearing a polo shirt because I was cold, hence the cardigan!)
:-D
I tried out this Hollywood name generator through fashionchalet.blogspot.com
This is what the name generator had to say... drum roll please! :)
"Being the fussy celebrity you are, you may choose to exclude your middle names (obviously your first and last name are memorable enough...!" lol
I present to you, my HOLLYWOOD name: ESTELLE VENECIA ENGLAND

London Spring 09 Fashion Week: LUELLA
Luella Bartley really blew me away. This collection is everything a girl could ask for. From the romantic appeal to the rocker chic to the little princess, she adds every bit of a girl leaving you to decide what piece you want. For me, I can barely decide what I want because I am a bit of everything. I have a bit of rock in me, the mommies only girl who loves the color pink, so this collection really puts it all together for me; from the orange, the pink to the mauve colors--now, don't forget the bouncy tiers which gives off this romantic & ladylike appeal. Now my favorite part, is the hair bow and the net veils because I just bought a pair of a hair bow net veil couple weeks ago; the gloves and of course the pearl chains which adds some sophistication.
Do you see your self in any piece/colors from this collection?

Night of Fun
Sorry guys, I have been having such a hard time trying to upload my pictures. For some reason, it's not working until now.
I hope everyone had a fabulous weekend :) My weekend actually started early. I spend the day with a friend helping her get ready for her date.
Sunday was a crazy fun day. After church, I had all my friends over. The house was filled with loud/funny friends--from watching football to playing chess and ledo games to recording our reality {soon to be debuted :)}. I really had a blast!
Now, spring fashion week NY is over. I really enjoyed a lot of collections--lots of inspriations. I don't know if you guys enjoyed it like I did. I am so looking forward to other shows especially paris shows.
This is what I wore for my night in town with bf over the weekend.

Style Inspiration: Rag & Bone Spring 09
Since I didn't have much to do today, having been inspired by the Rag & Bone Spring 09 clothes, I decided to play dress up. My outfit today was not necessary based on any specific outfit from the show, but from all the pieces. I am so in love with his spring 09 collections--love the blazers, ankle skinny pants, the loafers, peep-toe booties, the grey & black mix...everything--it just screams ROCKSTAR!!!
